EXPERIENCE
Owner of a professional firm with more than twenty years of experience in the field of tax and corporate law. He has been a member of the board of directors of leading national companies in the printing field belonging to the Poste Italiane S.p.A. group. He currently holds the position of statutory auditor and auditor of joint-stock and limited liability companies of regional importance, as well as of universities and inter-university institutes.
COMPETENCES
Over the years, he has developed specific tax and corporate skills in the fields of construction, transports and logistics, and in particular, touristic hotel industry. Furthermore he provides qualified advices on tax assessment and tax litigation, both in judicial and extrajudicial activities.
EXPERIENCES
Between 2005 and 2009 he cooperated with leading international firms in the field of tax and corporate consulting, mainly for Italian and foreign companies. Founder of Project Life Trustee SRL (2005), one of the first companies with a professional background to perform exclusively the activity of trustee. Through the years, Dr. Lanteri has collaborated with leading Italian companies in Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.
COMPETENCES
For over a decade, he has focused his practice towards corporate crisis resolution and debt restructuring. The assistance to companies in crisis ranges from the application of the solutions offered by the bankruptcy law to extra-judicial settlements. Over the years he has worked as a consultant to the Public Prosecutor’s Office in banking issues.
